Incidents for November 24:
Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 47 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 10 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector. 2 people were rescued.
Causes are: ascertain – 4, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 1, careless handling of fire – 2, carelessness when smoking – 1, arson – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 11 times.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2.
Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 9 times. Including: unblocking – 5, others – 2, mercury collecting and room demercurization – 1, fire – 1.
On November 21, there was an unusual concert in district house of culture of Bogatye Saby village. It was dedicated to the 70-th anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War. Not professional artists participated in there, but employees of departments and services of Sabinsky garrison of fire protection. Such concerts for the Victory jubilee are prepared by all institutions and organizations in Sabinsky District. This order was given by Head of Sabinsky Municipal District Rais Minnikhanov.

Causes are: arson – 2, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 2, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 1, ascertain – 2.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 11 times.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 3.
Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 13 times. Including: unblocking – 3, , cooperation duty with GIMS – 1, preventive talk with fishermen – 4, others – 1, rescuing fishermen – 3, duty at separate rescue post – 1.
As of 14:55 (msk), all of 47 fishermen on a detached ice floe near Laishevo settlement were conveyed to the shore. At 15:10 (msk) rescue works in Atabayevo settlement were also finished, that is 79 fishermen were safely conveyed to the shore. Nobody injured.
The report was received at 13:40 (msk) by duty shift of Crisis Management Center from MIA employees. As of 15:10 (msk) 8 people of 40 fishermen have already been conveyed to the shore. The rescue operation is attended by EMERCOM of Russia’s MI-8 helicopter, Laishevo fire protection garrison’s task force, HQ EMERCOM of Russia for RT, firefighters FD-118 of FFS for RT and rescuers on “Khivus” hovercraft.
As of 15:00 msk 52 fishermen have already been saved to the shore from the detached ice floe near Atabayevo settlement of Laishevsky District. 10 people remain on the floe. Fishermen are conveyed to the shore by “Khivus” hovercraft.
The rescue operation in Laishevsky District is going on. As of 12:50 25 fishermen were conveyed to the shore with the help of Khivus-6. A report about an ice floe taken off with fishermen on the Kama in Laishevsky MD, in the area of Atabayevo settlement was received. According to the preliminary data, there may be from 50 to 80 people on the ice floe. The first sent to the scene were Khivus-6 (hovercraft) that is based in Tashkirmen settlement and Khivus-10 from Kazan. MI-8 MTV of EMERCOM of Russia is alerted.
