Incidents for November 23:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 44 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, 1 of them in the residential sector.

Causes are: arson – 2, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 2, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 1, ascertain – 2.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 11 times.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 3.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 13 times. Including: unblocking – 3, , cooperation duty with GIMS – 1, preventive talk with fishermen – 4, others – 1, rescuing fishermen – 3, duty at separate rescue post – 1.
