Fishermen Were Taken Off With Ice Floe in Laishevsky District of Tatarstan

A report about an ice floe taken off with fishermen on the Kama in Laishevsky MD, in the area of Atabayevo settlement was received. According to the preliminary data, there may be from 50 to 80 people on the ice floe. The first sent to the scene were Khivus-6 (hovercraft) that is based in Tashkirmen settlement and Khivus-10 from Kazan. MI-8 MTV of EMERCOM of Russia is alerted.

Forces and means attracted to rescue fishermen, including from EMERCOM: staff – 47 people (41 from EMERCOM), 7 vehicles (5 ones from EMERCOM).

As of 12:20, with the help of Khivus-6 10 fishermen were conveyed to the shore. Information to be confirmed.
