Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 58 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, 1 of them in the residential sector. 2 people were rescued.
Causes are: wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 2, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, careless handling of fire – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 23 times.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 0.
Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 11 times. Including: door unblocking – 3, others – 1, searching for lost people – 1, preventive raid at places concentrated by fishermen – 1, traffic accident – 3, duty at separate rescue post – 1, preventive talk with fishermen – 1.
In the period between November 18 and November 27, 2014, there was organized a raising the skill level of state and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan, which duties comprise the solution of problems in the field of civil defense and protection against emergency situations, on the basis of Training Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Today, Tatarstan participates in All-Russian trainings of EMERCOM of Russia with the working group of Government Commission for prevention and elimination of emergency situations and fire safety, operational staff of the working group of Government Commission, authorities and forces of functional and territorial subsystems of Unified State System of Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations for actions during liquidation of emergency situations of interregional and federal character.

Causes are: careless handling of fire – 2, violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment use – 1, violation of electrical equipment technical use rules – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1, carelessness when smoking – 1.

Workers of the separate post on protection of Novozarechensk village of Almetyevsk squad of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan together with a district police officer of Department of Internal Affairs of Bavlinsky Municipal District, head of Novozarechensky rural settlement and expert on social protection of Comprehensive social services center “Miloserdie” of Bavlinsky Municipal District organized a preventive activity among citizens in Nikolashkino village of Bavlinsky Municipal District.
The report was received at 11:28 (msk). The first fire crews of FD-7 OFPS-7 for RT clashed with fire in 8 minutes. Thanks to the rapid actions of firefighters the fire was liquidated in 22 minutes.
