Office of Supervisory Affairs and Preventive Work of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan reports that from the activation of special anti-fire mode in the Republic of Tatarstan 3 people were injured because of violation of rules of pyrotechnic articles use. 15 officials and 4 citizens were fined to the total sum of 120 thousand rubles for violation of fire safety requesits.

Employees of Office of Supervisory Affairs of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan holds supervisory and preventive activities at objects of New Year celebration with children’s attendance. Today, inspectors of State Fire Supervision examined fire safety condition in Culture Palace “Yunost” of Moscow District of the city of Kazan.

Incidents as of December 28:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 58 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 17, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4,  singed meal – 5, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, including 3 in residential sector, outhouses – 2, vehicles – 1. 1 person died.

Before the professional holiday of Rescuer’s Day of Russia, 124 students took their first solemn oath in Tetyushi State College Civil Defense. The students swore allegiance to the future profession of a rescuer, serving for people and the Motherland. The solemn event continued with a concert which was dedicated to Rescuer’s Day.

Before New Year, morning performances were held for children in fire departments of the First Squad of Federal Fire Service. Employees of FD-37 and FD-91 were first to congratulate children with the upcoming and the most expected holiday. Children saw real theatrical performance with the participation of fairy tale heroes. Children themselves prepared for the holiday well, too: they read poems, sang songs, danced in a ring, participated in games. And for that Santa Claus and Snow Maiden presented them gifts: sweets and toys.

Rescuers of Search and Rescue Squad Under Office of Civil Defense of Executive Committee of the city of Kazan in cooperation with public rescuers of Kazan OSVOD demonstrated a masterclass on rescuing from cold water a person who went down though ice for students of the department “Protection at Emergencies” of KNRTU named after Tupolev and Kazan Aviation Technology College named after P.V. Dementyev, as well as for firefighter cadets of the school No. 101 on the ice of Lake Komsomolskoe in Derbyshki. A rescue operation on taking a man out of the water was deployed on the lake’s ice (the role of simulator was played by one of rescuers of SAR squad, who wore a special diving suit).

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 7, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2,  singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 18, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including 3 in residential sector, vehicles – 2.

Incidents as of December 26:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 80 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 24, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0,  singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 30. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, including 3 in residential sector. 1 person died.

Incidents as of December 25:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 81 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 26, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0,  singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 29, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, including 3 in residential sector. 1 person died.

Inspectors of supervisory affairs department of Sovietsky District of Kazan in cooperation with Office of Public Prosecutor found a warehouse, where about a ton of pyrotechnic production of 1, 2, and 3 class was stored with serious violations of fire safety.
