Tetyushi Civil Defense College Cadets Took a Solemn Oath

Before the professional holiday of Rescuer’s Day of Russia, 124 students took their first solemn oath in Tetyushi State College Civil Defense. The students swore allegiance to the future profession of a rescuer, serving for people and the Motherland. The solemn event continued with a concert which was dedicated to Rescuer’s Day.

Honorary guests and acting employees of EMERCOM came to congratulate the students with such a solemn day for the future rescuers: Nikolai Surzhko – Deputy Minister for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan; Lieutenant-Colonel of Inner Service, Ilsur Kambeev, Chief of Interregional Department of Supervisory Affairs for Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Tetyushsky Municipal Districts; Igor Bychkov – Chief of Zonal Search and Rescue Squad No. 1 of the city of Buinsk under EMERCOM of Russia, Evgeny Osokin – Deputy Chief of 133rd Fire and Rescue Department of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan of the city of Tetyushi; Aleksei Ananyev – State Inspector For Small Vessels of Kamsko-Ustyinsky Inspectoral Office of Federal Budgetary Institution “Center of GIMS of EMERCOM for the Republic of Tatarstan”.
