Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant-General of inner service, Rafis Khabibullin addressed to colleagues with congratulations.

Before winter school holidays and New Year holidays, workers of the separate post on protection of the village of Koshkino of Sabinsky Squad of Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan held with pupils of Maskara correctional boarding school of Kukmorsky Municipal District a preventive conversation on prevention of fires which occur because of childish prank. Children were explained basic fire safety requests in a building, as well as outside, and were informed about inadmissibility of playing with matches, lighters, and pyrotechnic stuff.

Incidents as of December 24:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 53 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 21, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1,  singed meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 2 fires, including 1 in residential sector.

Incidents as of December 23:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 64 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 11, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2,  singed meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 28. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, including 4 in residential sector, outhouses – 1, construction trailer – 1, various types of property – 1. 2 people died, 4 people were rescued.

Another 65 students of Vasilyevo Cadet Boarding School named after Hero of the Soviet Union Nikolai Volostnoy filled the lines of EMERCOM cadets.

Actual Data on the Ice Thickness on Reservoirs of the Republic as of December 23, 2015

On December 21, a festive event which was dedicated to 25th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Russia was held in Concert Hall named after Sara Sadykova in Naberezhnye Chelny. Head of Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, Rinat Abdullin, heads of districts, Deputy Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan – Chief of Supervision Affairs Department, Sergey Sergeev, and many others came to congratulate rescuers.

A contest among volleyball players of fire departments in the 1st Squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan was finished. Thirteen teams competed for the cup of champions. The team of FD-37 (captain Vadim Parfyonov) became the champion. The second place was taken by the team of FD-78 (captain Ruslan Meretyakov) and the team of FD-47 (Oleg Yudin) took the third place.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 27, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3,  singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 24. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, including 4 in residential sector, outhouses – 1.

The Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan designed and implements a complex of organizational and practical activities directed to fire safety provision during the period of New Year and Christmas holiday events of 2015-2016. There are also places of holding Christmas events among inspected objects.
