Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 24 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 7 fires: residential sector-3 fires, vehicles-2 fires, other objects-1 fire, non-operational buildings (structures) – 1 fire. 1 person was injured.

As a result of rising water levels on the Cheboksarka river near the village Chuvashskaya Cheboksary of  Novosheshminsk district, there is a partial erosion of the ground near the flow pipes of the dam, which passes a local highway. There is no threat of flooding of localities.
