Fires in institutions can occur for various reasons. In some cases, the occurrence of fires is preceded by a violation of fire safety requirements in the design and construction of buildings, in others-fires are the result of violations of the fire safety regime.

The management of the municipal budget institution of culture "Regional Palace of culture" has taken the initiative to conduct fire-prevention training for its employees in online mode. Such a preventive conversation for representatives of 38 rural houses of culture and rural clubs was conducted online by the head of the inter - district Department of supervision and preventive work in the Aktanysh and Menzelinsk municipal districts Timerkhanov Аlbert Flaritovich.

Albert Timerkhanov started his report by showing a video about the main causes of fires in club establishments. "About 60% of fires in institutions occur as a result of negligence or gross violation of fire safety rules. Most often, this is smoking in the wrong places, leaving unattended switched-on electric heating devices," - said the representative of the Ministry of emergency situations.

During the live broadcast, Albert Timerkhanov reminded employees about the procedure for training in fire safety measures within the framework of fire-fighting instructions and studying the minimum fire-technical knowledge. At the end of his speech, the EMERCOM employee familiarized online viewers with the rules for using a powder fire extinguisher, special attention was paid to the timeliness of reporting an emergency to the fire Department, the actions of the institution's personnel during the evacuation of visitors. In addition, employees were reminded of the fire and rescue call numbers "01", "101" and "112". Citizens can call around the clock in emergency cases.

Managers of 18 facilities, including staff represented by Methodists and librarians, were also consulted online.
