      Today in the House of the Government of Tatarstan the briefing for mass media took place. The question of readiness of a territorial subsystem of the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan to implementation of actions of the admittance card of thawed snow and taking measures to prevention and mitigation of the consequences of possible emergency situations was brought up. In a briefing took part the deputy minister for Civil Defence and the Emergency situation of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolay Surzhko and the chief state small size vessels inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilham Nasibullin.

      The rivers of the Republic of Tatarstan are tightened by ice (ice in some places is friable), there is water on an ice surface. On the Volga River there are gullies 50 m long, around the Lenin dam on Kazanka river there are gullies 10-50 cm long. On all rivers and republic reservoirs ice is unstable. Walking through such ice is dangerous.

      On March 12 in the Zelenodolsk session of commission of the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety took place. Meeting took place with the head of Executive committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal region Sergey Egorov. Subject of day was "The High water — 2014".

      In the Zelenodolsk the area settlements which are located in "adverse" geographical zones suffer from a high water. Especially villages Priboy, Lukovskoye, Tatar Naratli are remote from the world.

      In the Chistopol municipal area the program of the Tatarstan regional department of a party "United Russia" took place. Within this program to Chistopol, at the head of the Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan, the secretary of the Tatarstan regional department of a party "United Russia" Farid Mukhametshin, a big delegation from Kazan arrived. 

      This question was discussed today in a gymnasium No. 139 of the city of Kazan. Meeting was held by heads of managing companies and director generals of contract organizations of Kazan for heads of housing and operational managements.

      Heads of housing and operational managements shall create conditions for training of the idle population on a residence. Under special attention - pensioners, disabled people and other citizens without a certain place of work. Training includes instructions for use individual remedies, actions in case of an emergency situation and a measure of fire safety. All this visually showed to heads of housing and operational managements in the school sports hall.

      In RT Cabinet Сouncil at meeting of the Commission of warning and elimination of an emergency situation and support of fire safety of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed additional measures for implementation of safety of the population on water objects of the Republic of Tatarstan during the spring period.

      The commission chairman, the First Deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin noted that the Republic of Tatarstan is the region in which passing of a spring high water can entail the serious consequences, influencing social and economic development of the republic.
