According to the initial forecasts more vulnerable to flooding of Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk, Buinsky, and Eastern and Central regions of Tatarstan. Less prone to flooding, Laishevsky district, but there is a big probability of separation of ice with fishermen.
