      This question was discussed today in a gymnasium No. 139 of the city of Kazan. Meeting was held by heads of managing companies and director generals of contract organizations of Kazan for heads of housing and operational managements.

      Heads of housing and operational managements shall create conditions for training of the idle population on a residence. Under special attention - pensioners, disabled people and other citizens without a certain place of work. Training includes instructions for use individual remedies, actions in case of an emergency situation and a measure of fire safety. All this visually showed to heads of housing and operational managements in the school sports hall.

      Such training seminars with heads of managing companies are held annually. The purpose of meeting also is acquaintance of heads with new regulating documents and laws on Civil defense.
