In this regard, the task of the psychologists of the 112 Service goes beyond purely situational assistance and includes active education and information.

During the reporting period, 39573 calls were received and processed by specialists, and 31254 incident cards were created. To date, about 65% of calls are received by the republic's emergency operational services.
