That was the result of violation of the technological process at which catalyst complex plug was left open, and it caused a chemical reaction inside the triisobutylaluminum (less than 3 liters) with air. Today, the delegation of MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the major operating units of the Headquarters of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan: Crisis Management Center and Call Center-112, as well as Universiade establishments. The purpose of Kazakh colleagues’ visit was to exchange the experience in organizing safety of major sport events. Kazakhstan already has some achievements for the Asiad – Olympic Asian Games.
