Kazakh Colleagues Highly Evaluated the Experience of Tatarstan Universiade Safety Provision

Today, the delegation of MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the major operating units of the Headquarters of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan: Crisis Management Center and Call Center-112, as well as Universiade establishments. The purpose of Kazakh colleagues’ visit was to exchange the experience in organizing safety of major sport events. Kazakhstan already has some achievements for the Asiad – Olympic Asian Games. The participation of representatives of the Security Council, the Committee of Administrative Police, the National Security Committee in the delegation of Kazakhstan became the evidence of the comprehensive approach to safety provision.

The delegation was headed by Colonel Askar Muratovich Maylebaev, Head of the Department of Emergency Prevention of MES RK. Representatives of the fire service, the Republican Crisis Center, "Syrbar" RK Service also were in the membership of the delegation. Kazakh colleagues started their acquaintance with the achievements of MES in Tatarstan with the mobile control based on "KamAZ" vehicle. Then, the guests got acquainted with the activities of the FKU "CUKS MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan", staff arrangement, distribution of functional responsibilities, with distinguishing areas of responsibility center employees in the system the Headquarters of MES of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan.

The guests listened to the reports interestedly and asked many specific professional, and sometimes just unexpected questions that received detailed answers.

Then, the delegation visited the Palace of water sports, "Kazan Arena" stadium, as well acquainted with the work of Call Center-112.
