Characteristic incidents for the last day

Incidents for June, 18:

Fire departments of Federal fire service of Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 43 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 5, dry grass extinguishing – 0, poplar fluff extinguishing - 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, 1 of them in the residential sector.

The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire – 2, violation of fire safety rules during electric instrument use – 1, violation of technical regulations of production process – 1, carelessness when smoking – 1, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 2.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 7 times. 6 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2 times.

Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 11 times. Including: traffic accident – 1, door unblocking – 3, others – 4, demercurization – 1, joint raid with GIMS – 1, fire-tactic trainings – 1.

Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT warns:

· do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed;

· do not leave children unattended, teach them basic rules of fire safety;

· never use faulty electrical wiring, do not overload the grid, use caution when using electric heaters;

· do not leave electrical and gas devices unattended.
