Best Dispatcher of Federal Fire Service in Kazan is Determined

The annual professional contest for the title of "The Best Dispatcher (Radiotelephonist) Among Federal Fire Service Departments in the Republic of Tatarstan" is held aiming at an objective assessment and stimulation of the personnel activity of the Federal Fire Service, skills improvement and professional growth, further improvement of efficiency and quality of measures aimed at control over the compliance with laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of fire safety.

- Today, we have a contest of professional skills called "The Best Dispatcher (Radiotelephonist) Among Federal Fire Service Departments in the Republic of Tatarstan". – Said senior engineer of the rescue and fire-rescue units service organization and training, major of internal service Marat Enikeev. – The practical part at the gym is on its way at the moment. It includes a shuttle run, push-ups, running 1000 m. Selected dispatchers from all major city and district departments came to us. The purpose of the contest is to identify the best dispatcher of RT and send her to the competition in Volga Regional Center of MES of Russia.

The competition program consisted of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part included the test of theoretical knowledge of the FFS personnel in the following subjects: special training (3 questions); technical training (3 questions); occupational safety (3 questions); medical training (3 questions).

The practical part included the assessment of practical skills of the Federal Fire Service personnel in implementing standards for physical education (in sports uniform and shoes): 1000 m cross; comprehensive exercise of force; 10x10 m shuttle run.

According to the results of the competition the places were arranged as follows:

the first place was taken by dispatcher of CPPS FKU "1 OFPS GPS RT" Volodina Olga Nikolayevna;

the second place was taken by dispatcher of CPPS FKU "5 OFPS GPS RT" Gilmanova Gulnara Fanilevna;

the third place was taken by dispatcher of CPPS FKU "1 OFPS GPS RT" Shayehova Elena Alekseevna.
