President of Republic of Tatarstan Handed Straps to Head of MES of Tatarstan, Rafis Habibullin

By the Presidential Decree № 414 of June 11, 2014 Head of the Headquarters of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan was conferred a special rank of Lieutenant General of Internal Service.
Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, solemnly handed the straps of Lieutenant General of the internal service to Rafis Habibullin, and wished him further success in the service for the benefit of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The creation of a virtual exhibition is part of the social project "Fire and Rescue Sports". It is implemented by the Tatarstan Republican branch of the All-Russian public Organization "All-Russian Voluntary Fire Society" and is aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among children through the organization of training and competitions, as well as the popularization of fire and rescue sports.
