Republican competitions were held on the territory of the Maidan Square in Naberezhnye Chelny as part of the 1st stage of the review competition of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia "The best team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for emergency rescue operations in the elimination of accidents on motor transport." The opening ceremony of the EMERCOM of Russia Cup in Fire and Rescue sports took place today in Tatarstan, in the sports capital of Russia, Kazan.
The strongest teams from 18 regions of the Russian Federation take part in the competition, which within three days will determine the winner of the main trophy in the overall standings based on the results of the results in three sports disciplines – overcoming the 100-meter obstacle course, climbing the assault ladder and the two-man event.

The project, which became the winner of the Competition for Grants from the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan for the development of Civil Society in 2024, is aimed at developing children's skills in fire-safe behavior using innovative technologies.
