Rescuers of ZSRU No. 6 (Naberezhnye Chelny), which are part of the Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted preventive raids aimed at raising awareness and safety culture of the population on the ice, especially among fishermen. As part of this campaign, four educational events were organized on the ice of the Kama River, which reached an audience of 25 people. All participants were provided with information materials containing recommendations on safe behavior on ice in winter.
Rescuers of ZSRU No. 1 (Buinsk), part of the structure of the State-owned Institution "Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan", conducted a series of preventive lectures for cadets of the Tetyushsky State college of civil protection. As part of these events, key aspects of safety in conditions of extremely low temperatures and the peculiarities of behavior in reservoirs in winter were highlighted. These events are aimed at raising students' awareness and readiness to act in potentially dangerous situations, which is an important element of their professional training.

A special lecture and diagnostics for employees of the Naberezhnye Chelny call center were devoted to "Soft power", emotional intelligence (EQ). The main goal of the event is a systematic approach to a critically important, but often intangible skill. Thanks to the diagnosis of the emotional sphere of each employee, it is possible to identify growth areas in self-control, empathy and social sensitivity. Thus, the foundation is laid for the development of specific tools and techniques for improving emotional competencies.
In January 2026, a series of gatherings of citizens took place in the districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, which became an important platform for direct communication between the population and employees of the state-owned institution "Fire Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan".
During the reporting period, 50384 calls were received and processed by specialists, 39953 incident cards were created. To date, about 58% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.
The victory of the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan ended the XXI All-Russian competitions of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in fire and rescue sports for the Cup of the Prime-minister of the Republic of Tatarstan. Arina Khvorystkina, the world champion in the Russian national team from Tatarstan, achieved an excellent result. Our fragile champion has two gold and one silver medals to her credit. Her success is the main one in the overall victory after three days of competition.
The grand opening of the Russian Emergencies Ministry's All-Russian Fire and Rescue Sports competition "Cup of the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan", which will last until February 5, 2026, took place in Kazan today. These launches have been held since 2004 and have long become a good tradition and an important part of the social life of the region.
Within the framework of the meeting, a comprehensive analysis of operational and service, preventive activities, as well as work in the field of logistics and personnel policy was carried out. As a result, the teams that showed the best results in each of these important areas were identified.
