Malicious violators of the rules are punished
A large-scale raid involving representatives of the Tatar transport prosecutor's office, the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kazan linear directorate of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia was organized by employees of the SISV Center of the Main directorate of Russia EMERCOM for the Republic of Tatarstan in the waters of the Kazanka and Volga rivers. As a result of the raid, dozens of boatmasters were fined for violating the rules of using a small vessel, and several more vessels were sent to impound lots.
A number of tragic accidents on the water, recorded recently with the participation of small vessels, force the supervisory authorities to actually declare "war" on malicious violators of the law, through whose fault accidents occur.
A team of "supervisory agencies" stopped all small vessels that came into view." Documents from owners of jet skis were examined. One of the owners of the "jet ski" was enjoying the speed in the Volga open spaces with expired maintenance documents, the other was driving someone else's vehicle altogether. Each of them was issued a protocol with penalties. And violators without a power of attorney will also have to pick up their "water horse" from the parking lot.
The owners of boats and motorboats were more disciplined, but not everyone went through the screening process either. Violations are typical – lack of life jackets, overdue technical inspection, incorrect registration of flight numbers, non-compliance with passenger safety rules when traveling on small vessels, access to the shipping lane.
