The test program included a set of disciplines aimed at assessing all the basic physical qualities: strength (pull-ups from hanging on a high crossbar), speed (running for short distances of 60 or 100 meters), endurance (running for long distances (1, 2 or 3 kilometers), flexibility (leaning forward from a standing position with straight legs on the gym bench).

As part of the celebration of the All—Russian holiday "Day of family, love and fidelity", a number of events were held at the SBI "Emergency call service - 112" in order to strengthen team spirit and support a positive psychological climate in the team and families of employees.  Recommendations are given on events that will strengthen family values, improve family interaction and mutual understanding; reading books, watching movies together; attending city street festivals, celebrations, and promotions.

The increasing frequency of accidents on the water involving small vessels, as well as deaths while swimming in places not equipped for this purpose, force inspectors from the Center for State Inspection of Small Vessels of the Main directorate of the Russia EMERCOM for the Republic of Tatarstan to once again strongly remind citizens of strict observance of the rules for the operation of small vessels and recreation by the water.

This decision was made at a regular meeting of the Council of the Regional branch of the All-Russian public organization of veterans of the Civil Defense, emergency situations and fire protection authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the Regulations on the Book of Honor, which is kept in the Regional Department of Veterans.

Any theory comes to life and becomes truly understandable only when it appears to us in the form of real examples. The interest of young minds in such an important topic as fire safety was ignited personally by the head of the interdistrict department of supervision and preventive work in Aksubay and Nurlat municipal districts, Almaris Talipov.

In Bugulma district, in the village of Karabash, a preventive operation "Housing" took place. The event was actively attended by the preventive staff of fire department 21, as well as representatives of the administration of the urban-type settlement of Karabash.

An educational meeting of vacationing children with the search and rescue team of the district took place in the Intellect tent camp in the city of Mamadysh. The rescuers shared with the children the intricacies of their difficult work: from finding those who got lost in the forest to conducting rescue operations and first aid.

"112" number receives daily calls from minor applicants, as well as from concerned parents. Specialists of the psychological support department note that teenagers are among the most vulnerable categories and at the same time demonstrate low motivation to accept help. A teenager in a state of crisis is in a situation of acute emotional stress. And help provokes a defensive reaction: isolation, aggression, or a complete refusal to interact.

The Salet International Youth Educational Forum is held annually on the picturesque land of the Alekseevsky municipal district, bringing together active, talented and motivated youth from different regions of Russia and foreign countries.

A "Fire safety day" was held in the children camp "Zarya" of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district. Regina Shatrova, Senior Inspector of the Department of supervisory activities in the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, together with Guzel Akhmetova, an instructor at the RVFS, conducted an educational event with the children.
