During the reporting period, 47,546 calls were received and processed, and 37,725 incident cards were created.

To date, about 71% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 29.4%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 25.7%, for medical care – 23.8%, for housing and communal services – 3.9%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.4%, for other reasons – 15.8%.

According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 12 seconds, and the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 16 seconds.

Psychologists conducted 216 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 535 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
