The Tatarstan subsystem of RSChS – is the best in the Russian Federation - It was declared by the minister of Emercom of Russia Vladimir Puchkov during the night meeting in the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan devoted to elimination of consequences of an emergency in Kazan, after a hurricane, fallen upon the republic on September 7.

The head of Emercom of Russia Vladimir Puchkov arrived to Kazan in the evening on September 8 with working visit to examine the course of emergency works on elimination of consequences of a hurricane. The minister of Emercom of Russia and the acting President of RT Rustam Minnikhanov met at the International airport Kazan then visited one of the objects which were damaged during a hurricane – the house No. 35 on Pavlyukhin St. all works on roof repairment is continued. Vladimir Puchkov and Rustam Minnikhanov were accompanied by the First Deputy Prime minister of RT -  Alexey Pesoshin, the chief of the Volga regional center of Emercom of Russia colonel general of internal service Igor Panshin, the chief of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the lieutenant general of internal service Rafis Khabibulin and other officials.
