To date, about 65% of calls are received by the republic's emergency operational services.
Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: for the police – 29.7%, for medical care – 28.9%, for firefighters and rescuers – 25.4%, for housing and communal services – 4.1%, for emergency gas services – 1.5%, for other reasons – 10.4%.
According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 10 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk to applicants was 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 195 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 484 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
