Almetyevsk rescuers held a large-scale safety lesson for schoolchildren

13 April 2026, Monday

Employees of the Almetyevsk search and rescue center conducted a preventive event for students of one of the city's schools. The lesson took place on the basis of a school in the Maktama neighborhood. Rescuers organized a thematic conversation for children on the rules of safe behavior in the spring, including on water bodies. Special attention was paid to the danger of going out on melting ice, the inadmissibility of playing near reservoirs and the algorithm of actions in an emergency situation.

Thanks to the interactive format and the accessible presentation of the material, the conversation aroused great interest among the young listeners. The students actively asked questions, clarified the emergency numbers and gave real-life examples themselves. The event included 89 people, 85 of whom were children. Each participant was given a memo on the basics of life safety. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Republic of Tatarstan reminds: teaching children the rules of safe behavior saves lives. Have regular conversations with children, monitor their leisure time, and in case of an incident, immediately call 112.
