Based on the results of their professional activities in 2025, the Commission of the Personnel council for personnel policy at the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan identified state civil servants for inclusion on the Electronic honor board of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan, among them State adviser of the Republic of Tatarstan 1st Class DEMCHAK Evgeny Borisovich, Head of the Information Department of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Yevgeny Demchak was nominated by the Ministry, taking into account his professional achievements, initiative and personal contribution to improving the effectiveness of the Ministry's powers. E. B. Demchak has been working in the system of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2000.
