Today we celebrate one of the most significant dates in the history of our Ministry – the 90th anniversary of the formation of civil defense!
On October 4, 1932, the decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR approved the Regulation on air Defense of the territory of the USSR.
The formation and development of civil defense is inextricably linked with the most difficult periods for our Motherland. Nowadays, civil defense is an actively developing, multifaceted and covering all spheres of life of modern society system of measures that plays an exceptional role in ensuring national security and well–being of our country.
I congratulate you on the 90th anniversary of the formation of civil defense! I wish you and your loved ones good health, prosperity and peace!
