To date, about 68% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.
Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: for the police – 29.1%, for medical care – 27.9%, for firefighters and rescuers – 26.1%, for housing and communal services – 4.1%, for emergency gas services – 1.6%, for other reasons – 11.2%.
According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 11 seconds, and the average time for a specialist to talk to applicants was 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 185 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 540 calls were received on issues of psychological assistance.
