To date, about 65% of calls are received by the republic's emergency operational services.
Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 28.9%, for medical assistance – 27.5%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 27.0%, on housing and communal services – 5.1%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.6%, for other reasons – 9.9%.
According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 12 seconds, and the average time for a specialist to talk to applicants was 1 minute and 17 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 136 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 412 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
