Rafis Khabibullin: burning of grass is prohibited, the fine is up to 15 thousand rubles

    The Head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Rafis Khabibullin, took part in a media briefing at the Government House of Tatarstan on the topic "On the passage of the fire season in the forests in the Republic of Tatarstan". 
    The Head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin spoke in detail about the ongoing work to ensure fire safety in the spring-summer fire season of 2022.
    Since the beginning of the spring-summer fire-hazardous period of 2022, no forest fires have been registered in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the same time, there were 800 fires associated with the ignition of dry grassy vegetation and debris in an open area on a total area of 16.4 hectares.
    According to the results of checking reports of fires related to the burning of dry grass, 71 people were brought to administrative responsibility for a total amount of 203 thousand rubles. Recall that in Russia the burning of grass is prohibited all year round. The Government of the Russian Federation, by a decree of November 10, 2015, banned the burning of dry herbaceous vegetation on agricultural land
