    The Naberezhnye Chelny rescuer Vladimir Ushakov installed the emblem of the 90th anniversary of the civil defense of Russia at an altitude of 4334 meters on the Caucasian mountain Ukyu.

    Vladimir Ushakov, a rescuer of the 2nd class of the Naberezhnye Chelny Search and Rescue Squad, dedicated his mountaineering ascent through the Caucasus mountains to the 90th anniversary of the Civil Defense of Russia. He took part in the gathering of the Mountaineering Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place in the Caucasus from June 20 to August 9, 2022. A total of 19 people took part in the training camp.
