Since August 1, all educational institutions in the republic are checked for compliance with fire safety requirements
In order to ensure safety in educational institutions for the new period of study and in accordance with Federal Law No. 248, since August 1, employees of the Federal Fire Supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia have been carrying out seasonal preventive measures.
Today, in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan, the staff of the SFS carried out a preventive visit to the Educational Center "Lobachevsky", where children are trained in the course of primary school. During the preventive visit, inspectors of the State Fire Supervision inform managers and employees of the basic requirements of fire safety, the main actions when evacuating children from the building, the procedure in case of a fire and conduct fire-fighting briefings. Also, during the preventive visit, the condition and serviceability of fire extinguishers are checked, the operability of fire protection systems is checked.
In total, 221 educational institutions have been registered in Kazan, of which 53% of the institutions have already been visited by inspectors of the SFS. These checks will be carried out at educational facilities until August 20, 2022.
