CESFS meeting: prevent the occurrence of forest and landscape fires

    Sergey Zakharov, Head of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan", made a forecast of the development of the meteorological situation and its impact on fire safety.
    Today we are considering the issue of ensuring fire safety in forests in conditions of abnormally high temperatures, we will make adjustments not only to the activities of certain branches of forestry, but also to public safety issues – this is primarily fire safety.
    Fortunately, it has not yet come to major fires in Tatarstan, although the Hydrometeorological Center of Tatarstan daily announces a storm warning on the fire danger of forests.
