In the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan today, the most experienced employee of the Financial and Economic Department, the leading accountant of the payroll department, Elena Borisovna Lapshina, was honored for a well-deserved rest.
Elena Borisovna worked for more than 30 years as an accountant in the central office of the State Fire Service, and then the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Her total work experience almost exceeded 48 years. Before the fire department, she worked for a little less than 20 years at the All-Union Research Institute of Geology of Non-Metallic Minerals in Kazan.
Elena Borisovna Lapshina has established herself as a competent, conscientious and executive specialist and a good organizer. The best gift for going on a well-deserved rest was the Gratitude of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for services in creating, developing and ensuring the successful functioning of the unified state system of emergency prevention and response, long-term and impeccable service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
The document signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin was handed to her by the head of the Financial and Economic Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel of the Internal Service Airat Agzamov.
