The national team of the Republic of Tatarstan won the first place following the results of the interregional competitions of the Spartakiad of the EMERCOM of Russia in athletics
Athletics competitions among the Main Departments of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Volga Federal District have ended in Saransk. This stage of the competition took place within the framework of the Spartakiad of the EMERCOM of Russia. 14 teams took part in the competition, one from each region of the Volga region.
Recall that the Sports Contest of the EMERCOM of Russia is held in all regions of the country, it is aimed at forming a healthy lifestyle, increasing the level of physical training of specialists of the EMERCOM of Russia, maintaining mass physical culture and sports movement.
Female employees were waiting for a distance of 1 kilometer, men – 3 kilometers. Athletes competed in different age categories.
In the team competition, the first place was won by the team from the Republic of Tatarstan. Silver went to athletes from the Nizhny Novgorod region team, the top three winners were closed by representatives of the Main Directorate of the Russian EMERCOM in the Perm Region.
The athletes also competed in individual competition in various age groups.
