On the Volga River near the village of Zaymishche, a joint commission conducted an on-site survey of the water area of the Kuibyshev reservoir. The reason for the commission's departure was the appeal of the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Sharafiev "...оn the fact of the placement of unattended concrete structures in the water area of the Kuibyshev reservoir on the territory of the Oktyabrskу rural settlement, posing a danger to small vessels and water transport, as well as human life and health."
During the survey, specialists recorded П-shaped concrete structures partially located in the water area. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, because of these concrete structures hidden under water, especially at night, an accident, an accident with boats or small vessels may occur. That is why SISV inspectors warn people about the danger and recommend to refrain from going out on the water on small vessels and boats in this place.
The specialists of the joint commission have yet to figure out who built these structures here and how to dismantle them. There are no facts of water pollution in this section of the Volga River.
