The other day, representatives of the physical culture and sports society of the disabled of the Republic of Tatarstan appealed to the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin with a request to congratulate and reward with prizes the participants of the football sports competition “Fun Starts” among disabled athletes with cerebral palsy.
On May 6, dozens of people with disabilities gathered in Kazan Uritsky Park. In their desire to win in the most popular ball game, the desire to overcome their difficulties and show their best side in the team on the sports field was clearly manifested. We were lucky with the weather. Bright sun, almost no wind – all conditions for the game.
At the end of the symbolic duel, the conditional rivals shook hands and thanked each other for the pleasure of the game.
The representative of the Department of Personnel, Educational work and Psychological Support of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel of the Internal Service Andrey Dolganov congratulated the participants of the tournament and handed them gift certificates from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
