The Main Directorate of the RT EMERCOM celebrated 373 years since the creation of the fire protection of Russia
In honor of the 373rd anniversary of the Fire Protection of Russia and the 77th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a solemn rally was held at the memorial stele in memory of the fallen employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by veterans of the fire department, widows of deceased employees, as well as the management team headed by the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Rafis Khabibullin.
The solemn ceremony continued with the awarding of distinguished employees and veterans of the fire department for their services in the development and improvement of measures in the field of civil defense, protection of the population and territories from emergency situations, ensuring fire safety and the safety of people on water bodies. Several more officers were awarded the next special ranks one step higher.
At the end of the award ceremony, Rafis Khabibullin delivered a congratulatory speech addressed to employees and veterans of the fire department.
