On April 26, the monument to fire armored vehicles was opened on the territory of the fire and rescue unit No. 35. The formidable machines were on combat duty to protect the objects of the industrial complex, and now they will continue their service as a symbol of the strength and power of firefighters in the confrontation of the merciless elements. At the entrance to the city, residents and guests of Nizhnekamsk are greeted from a high pedestal by a T-55 tank and an armored personnel carrier "Vetluga".
In tribute to the feat of firefighters who gave their lives in the name of saving people, the leaders laid flowers at the memorial located on the territory of SRU-35.
In gratitude for the fruitful cooperation, the General Director of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Ayrat Safin, was awarded a commemorative medal of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "Marshal Vasily Chuikov". This honorary award is awarded for merits in strengthening civil defense.
