Preventive work to prevent fires in housing
The main share of fires and people killed in them falls on the housing stock, therefore, preventive work in the housing of the employees of the SFS is under constant control. Throughout the year, as part of preventive groups, the places of residence of citizens under the control of the social protection authorities and the police are visited.
As part of the operation "Housing-2022", the places of residence of large families, single elderly citizens, disabled people, as well as persons leading an immoral lifestyle, abusing alcoholic beverages were taken into account. These households were visited by employees of the Department of supervision and preventive work in the Zainsk municipal district together with employees of the fire and rescue unit No. 88 of Zainsk.
After analyzing the fires that occurred on the territory of the district, the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees, when talking with residents, asked to pay special attention to the state of dilapidated electrical wiring and faulty furnaces.
During the conversations, residents were given memos, emergency numbers were recalled and emphasis was placed on strict compliance with fire safety requirements.
- To date, preventive work has been carried out in 397 multi-apartment residential buildings, 844 private households and, of course, will be continued, - said Lilia Pisareva, inspector of the Department of supervision and preventive Work in the Zainsk municipal district.
