After final stages of competition of professional skill «Best fireman» and «the Best chief of sentry» today there have been summed up traditional republican competition «the Best branch commander of division  of the Federal fire service on Republic of Tatarstan».

Only for November, 8th on territory of Tatarstan 2 search and rescue operations were spent. The body of 1 victim was taken up and two persons who have fallen under thin ice were rescued.

In connection with difficult conditions on reservoirs of Republic the Central administrative board of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in RТ warns:

To step on THIN ICE very dangerous and driving the car on it is strictly forbidden.

Ice on reservoirs becomes strong only in 10-15 days under condition of constant negative temperature. Fans of ice fishing also are not recommended to step on ice and to fish. Neglecting own safety, forgetting about destinies of the relatives, in a pursuit for fish and thrills you pay off with your lives. You leave your families without support.

The militarized mountain rescue brigades are transferred from conducting of the Ministry of Energy to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. The deputy minister of energy of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Sinyugin has informed on it during the session of the governmental commission in the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations. For today the aggregate number of the militarized mountain rescue brigades in the country makes 2648 people.

The teachers of school of Krasnyi Yar village of Zelenodolsk district have addressed to a management of the 8th group of Federal fire service in Republic of Tatarstan with the request to arrive on excursion to the 52nd fire brigade. Firemen never refused such requests.  “The open doors day” zelenodolsk firefighters spend regularly. Only for last two months pupils from four educational institutions of Zelenodolsk have visited  firemen. Children from rural school have arrived here for the first time. That is why interest in children's eyes was really sincere and genuine. 

Employees of Zelenodolsk garrison of fire protection try to use new, nonconventional methods of struggle against growth of fires amount in the work. To propagandize fire safety measures they have decided together with representatives of Muslim clergy and Orthodox Church. As religious figures admit, prevention of fires and people destruction - affair, undoubtedly, good and necessary.

This morning in a garden society "Sodruzhestvo" of Laishevskiy district of the republic there was a fire in a shed. Strong smoke was seen by crew of traffic police passing by. They also have called firemen. The eyewitnesses who were nearby have opened a door in the premise filled with smoke then an ignition happened.

The list of victims as a result of fires in a Zelenodolsk has replenished with one more victim. A corpse of the 80-year-old woman firefighters have found out at house suppression № 67 on the Stroitelnaya Street.

Both fires were a consequence of insufficient parents attention to their small children.

Before the beginning of delivery ceremony of fire techniques the parade commander - the first deputy  chief of Central administrative board of the Ministry of Emergency situations of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan major general Vladimir Nasonov - has approached to the President of Republic of Tatarstan and has reported of staff readiness for the solemn action beginning. Fire-engines and staff at command "quietly" stood on one line. After the report acceptance from major general Vladimir Nasonov, the President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiyev together with other guests has started the survey of the fire techniques. The new "KamAz"es fully completed by fire-technical arms, have pleased the President of the Republic.
