Crisis states, including suicidal intentions, often come with a lack of information about available ways to receive help, a lack of understanding of the nature of mental distress, and a lack of effective stress management skills. During the reporting period, 39573 calls were received and processed by specialists, and 31254 incident cards were created. To date, about 65% of calls are received by the republic's emergency operational services.
