A real friendship has developed between firefighters of the first detachment of Federal Fire Service and pupils of Nizhnekamsk special boarding school "Nadezhda". The children of this center are always welcome in any department of the detachment. On July 15, more than twenty kids from 9 to 12 years visit with a tour fire department number 57, that guards against fire and accidents such objects as truck tire plant, carbon black plant.
Incidents for July, 15:
Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 57 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 6, dry grass extinguishing – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, 2 of them in the residential sector. 12 persons were rescued.
The causes of fires are: violation of fire safety rules during welding works – 1, careless handling of fire – 1, carelessness when smoking – 1, violation of electrical equipment use rules – 1, incorrect installation and defect in heating stove and chimney – 1, violation of fire safety rules during domestic gas-cylinder use – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 14 times. 3 persons were rescued.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 1.
Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 17 times. Including: door unblocking – 8, others – 9.
According to the deputy chief of detachment 15 of FPS in RT, Rustam Yumagulov, responsible persons in the city in the directions of all services under the CES line were identified at the level of the Executive Committee and the City Hall even before the arrival of refugees. – The people were met, recorded and were seat on buses. Then 128 people were settled in the dorms of JSC "KAMAZzhilbyt".
Last Saturday, under this motto there was held a preventive action of at the city beach of Zelenodolsk. The event was organized by employees of MES of RT in Zelenodolsk municipal district together with the Zelenodolsk department of the GIMS Center of MES of RF in RT.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 81 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 17, dry grass extinguishing – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector. 1 person is rescued.
The causes of fires are: incorrect installation and defect in heating stove – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1, careless handling of fire – 3, violation of electrical equipment use rules – 2, carelessness when smoking – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 22 times. 23 persons were rescued.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – were not attracted.
Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 19 times. Including: traffic accident – 3, door unblocking – 3, preventive events – 5, sawing a tree fell onto a gas line – 2, evacuating a woman from a canopy porch – 2, elimination of hornet's nest in the territory of DOU "The Little Prince" in N. Chelny – 1, others – 3.
The staff of Supervisory Department in Volga District of Kazan City hold quite active work in practical fire protection education of the younger generation of our district. As you know, the basics of proper parenting, inculcating careful handling of fire in them is laid before school age.
Today, the working day in Headquarters of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and in MES of the Republic of Tatarstan began with an evacuation. The speech alarm notifying of fire on the fifth floor in one of the offices of accounting sounded in the corridors of the building. All of the 164 employees of the emergency department quickly and without panic left the building. All of the evacuated employees gathered in the courtyard of the building, divided by departments and offices to check the personnel.

On June 14, 2014 at 2:26 by the decision of management of MES of Russia IL-76 plane of MES of Russia delivered IDPs in the amount of 128 people from the Republic of Ukraine to the airport "Begishevo" from Rostov Oblast with a view to placing them in temporary accommodation centers (TACs) in Naberezhnye Chelny on the basis of two dormitories CJSC "KAMAZ-Zhilbyt". For reception and disposal of IDPs there was organized interaction with territorial divisions of MIA, Office of FMS RT, Ministry of Health, the municipal administration "the city of Naberezhnye Chelny."
On July 9, 2014 a woman born in 1958 and a boy born in 2009 as a result of fire died in the garden partnership "Veteran" of Karyer village in Kazan. There was a grandmother with her two grandchildren in the house at the time of the fire; their parents were at work. The death of the second child was avoided because the girl born in 2000 was walking at the site at the time of fire. Preliminary cause of the fire was careless handling of fire.
