According to the deputy chief of detachment 15 of FPS in RT, Rustam Yumagulov, responsible persons in the city in the directions of all services under the CES line were identified at the level of the Executive Committee and the City Hall even before the arrival of refugees. – The people were met, recorded and were seat on buses. Then 128 people were settled in the dorms of JSC "KAMAZzhilbyt".

Rustam Yumagulov also reported that there was organized around the clock duty of the staff in the rooms. The staff consists of employees of both MES and FMS of RT, police and medical services. Near the places of temporary residence, on the same day for the refugees there was organized a meeting in "Noor" center with the chairman of the city CES, Farhad Latypov, and representatives of all the services concerned to explain people their abilities and answer all their questions.

IDPs were registered for 90 days, if necessary, a temporary registration will be extended to 180 days. Head of Executive Committee and CSF assured that people will be offered employment options through the center of employment and school-age children could be distributed in school camps. Officials promised to attach young guests of Autostadt to kindergartens.

In addition, refugees will be provided the necessary medical care. First of all, the people of Ukraine will pass medical examination and voluntary vaccination.
