Today, Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations, Rafis Khabibullin has introduced a new deputy minister to the executive staff of EMERCOM. Ilham Nasibullin was appointed Deputy Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also, he was entrusted with the duties of Chief of SAR Service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Fire tactical trainings were held in Naberezhnye Chelny on the territory of Nizhnekamsk Hydroelectric Station. Fire departments together with freelance rescue teams of the object worked out the liquidation of an emergency situation.
The old year for the employees and veterans of FKU “1 OFPS GPS for RT (contractual)” is remarkable with the glorious date – 45 years since its foundation. Forces of its employees ensure fire safety of one of the largest petrochemical complexes in Europe “Nizhnekamskneftehim” round the clock.

The only building of GAU “Science park in the sphere of high technologies “IT Park” with the ventilated facade in the city was chosen as an object of trainings. According to the plan, there was a fire in a room on the fifth floor as a result of gas welding works. Automatic fire alarm system worked.
It is not a rear case when a launched “sky lantern” may cause fires. Falling of a lantern onto a balcony of a residential building, a wooden structure, dry grass, a petrol station and other objects possibly may cause a fire, including the tragic consequences.
