Today, at All-Russian conference in emergency department there was discussed the issue of readiness of RSChS governing bodies and forces to safety provision of people during the preparation and celebration of New Year. Head of EMERCOM of Russia, Vladimir Puchkov, in his speech emphasized the systematic and comprehensive implementation of preventive measures to protect life and health of people and provide emergency assistance.
Today, at 10:40 (msk) there was received a report on hard emergency landing of MI-2 helicopter near Lower Maktama settlement of Almetyevsky District. There were two pilots and one passenger on the board. As a result of the accident, no one was injured.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 63 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, 0 of them in the residential sector.
Causes are: violation of electrical equipment technical use rules – 1, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 1, ascertain – 2.

A festive concert and rewardings of distinguished employees with departmental awards took place in the assembly hall of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, today. Veterans of Tatarstan emergency department, as well as widows and mothers of the dead employees were invited to the event. The festival was opened with the words of the head of the headquarters, Rafis Khabibullin.
