“At present time, icy situation on the reservoirs of the republic has clearly unstable character”, noticed Chief of Department of Safety on Water Objects of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Main State Inspector for Small Vessels, Yuri Venediktov.

On December 14, 2015 from 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at Constitution Day of Russian Federation in accordance with the order of President of Russian Federation All-Russian Citizens Reception Day is held in bodies of state authorities and local governments.

Awards of winners of children’s picture competition “Be Careful on the Ice” took place in the Center of GIMS of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The competition has been held in the republic the fourth time successively. The winners got not only memorable diplomas, but also gifts from Santa Claus. The competition was attended by more than four thousand schoolchildren of primary school from cities and districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. 350 works were selected on the municipal level. From this number a commission of specialists of Ministry of Education and the Center of GIMS identified the best 12 pictures.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 42 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 12, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2,  singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, including 6 in residential sector, garden houses – 1.

Incidents as of December 11:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 67 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 26, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1,  singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 21. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, including 4 in residential sector.  1 person died, 2 persons were injured, 22 people were rescued.

Incidents as of December 10:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 61 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 21, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3,  singed meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 18. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, including 3 in residential sector.  1 person was rescued, 1 person was injured.

“Forthcoming holidays are one “hot season” and simultaneously examination of readiness of effective operation of all bodies of management and operative services”, marked Chairman of Commission on Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies and Fire Safety Provision of the Republic of Tatarstan, First Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Pesoshin.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 17, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3,  singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 19. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, including 2 in residential sector.  1 person was rescued.

More than five hundred boxes with humanitarian load was managed to collect in cities and districts of the Republic of Tatarstan within charity action for children of Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics “Present Children a Holiday”. The collection of gifts for young residents of New Russia was organized on the instruction of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
