First-year students of Kazan Innovation University visited 62 fire and rescue units in Nizhnekamsk as part of a lesson on basics of life safety with a part-time teacher Ilnar Abukaev, who works as a firefighter.

Students tried on combat clothing and personal protective equipment for firefighters, worked with the OP-5 fire extinguisher in practice, and got acquainted with the life of firefighters and rescuers in Nizhnekamsk.

On the basis of Kazan innovation University of V. G. Timiryasov, not quite ordinary "lectures" were organized today. The team of Zelenodolsk schoolchildren successfully coped with all stages of the competition "Young waterman" of the Volga Federal district. In total, 6 teams of the Volga Federal district entered the competition for the main prize.
Pupils of the Saba kindergarten of General development type No. 5 "Belekech" prepared and showed a mini-theatrical performance about the observance of elementary fire safety requirements in everyday life and in nature called "Beware of fire". The boys played the role of firefighters, and the girls performed the dance of sparks, the rest of the pupils got used to the role of forest inhabitants and had heated discussions on a very hot topic called "Fire". The event was held as part of the month of child safety in the Republic of Tatarstan.
