Tatarstan residents were able to achieve a high achievement during the All-Russian competitions of the EMERCOM of Russia on fire and rescue sports in memory of the Hero of the Russian Federation, President of the Federation of Fire and Applied Sports of Russia Vladimir Mikhailovich Maksimchuk in the Moscow suburbs of Aparinka.
